Hey all, new to the forums and have an idea that I need some feedback on (if its been done and tips/tricks) Have a 10 Ram 3500 Cummins with dual batteries and would like to instal and aftermarket battery disconnect switch to kill both batteries when I park the truck for long periods of time.Just follow these simple steps: turn off the ignition, locate the battery in the trunk (in most BMW vehicles), remove the trunk liner, disconnect the battery terminals using a 10mm wrench, remove the old battery, place the new battery in the cavity, and reconnect the terminals. Don't forget to register your new BMW battery for a smoother operation.
